Attorney General

1. Complete handgun qualification course developed for court officials by CLEET (conducted by a certified firearms instructor)
2. Send the Attorney General Firearms Qualification Report. This form has 2 parts
  a. Part 1 – to be completed by the Assistant Attorney General
  b. Part 2 – to be completed by a certified firearms instructor
3. Send proof of your employment as Attorney General.

Assistant Attorney General

1. Complete handgun qualification course developed for court officials by CLEET (conducted by a certified firearms instructor)
2. Send the Assistant Attorney General Firearms Qualification Report. This form has 3 parts
  a. Part 1 – to be completed by the Assistant Attorney General
  b. Part 2 – to be completed by a certified firearms instructor
  c. Part 3 – to be completed by the Attorney General
3. Send proof of your employment status as an Assistant Attorney General.

 

Asst. Attorney General Firearms Qualification Report

District Court Judge

1. Complete handgun qualification course developed for court officials by CLEET (conducted by a certified firearms instructor)
2. Send the District Court Judge Firearms Qualification Report. This form has 2 parts
  a. Part 1 – to be completed by the Judge of the District Court
  b. Part 2 – to be completed by a certified firearms instructor
3. Send proof of your employment as an Oklahoma Judge of the District Court.

2. Send the U.S. Attorney Firearms Qualification Report. This form has 2 parts
  a. Part 1 – to be completed by U.S. Attorney
  b. Part 2 – to be completed by a certified firearms instructor
3. Send proof from the appropriate retirement system verifying
your status as a U.S. Attorney.
