Chief Stacey White - Vice Chairman
- Chief White was raised in Bixby, Oklahoma. He graduated from Bixby High School and immediately joined the United States Marine Corps, serving as an infantryman with the infamous 2nd Battalion 7th Marines for three years. The last three years at the Marine Corps Combat Development Command Quantico, VA. Upon leaving the Marines in 1991, he began his law enforcement career by working in his hometown of Bixby.
- Chief White became a Chief of Police in November of 2000 as the Chief of Police in Kiefer, Oklahoma. He served 12 wonderful years before retiring or at least presumed to be retirement in 2012 when he began his academic journey as the Criminal Justice Program Director at Vatterott College and an adjunct at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
- To assume the duties as a Criminal Justice educator Chief White had first to get his advanced degrees, first, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice was earned at Purdue in 2012, his Master of Science degree also at Purdue was completed in 2015. The final degree, the Doctorate, was completed in 2020 while attending Walden University. Chief White’s academic pursuits have led him to publish several scholarly articles and a book about the impact of media on law enforcement.
- To say that Chief White was done with law enforcement when leaving Kiefer would be a misstatement, for, in 2015, he returned as the Chief of Police of Blanchard, Oklahoma. He currently serves as one of the longest-serving Chiefs that the City of Blanchard has recorded to date. Now, Dr. White looks at retiring for the last time in the future and returning to the classroom full time. Currently, he serves as an Adjunct Professor for three different universities and a Chair/Committee member for Doctoral Dissertation programs at two other institutions.
