Major Joseph Lang

• Major Joseph Lang is a graduate of the 52^nd Oklahoma Highway Patrol School. Lang began his training on May 31^st 2000.
• Lang is a current Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and LEDT Instructor.
• Lang was assigned to the Oklahoma Highway Patrols Tactical Team in 2002 and has held positions as an Assistant Team Leader, Assistant Commander, and Commander of the Tactical Team and the overall Emergency Services Unit for the OHP.
• Lang has worked in rural field assignments as well as the Oklahoma City Metro area. Lang has served the Patrol as a Field Lieutenant, as well as a Lt assigned to the Training Division.
• Lang has served as a field Captain at Troop J/Enid, as well as the Captain of Training, the Captain of ESU/TAC/ERT, and the Captain over the Capitol complex.
• Lang was promoted to the rank of Major on September 1^st of 2022 and is currently the Director of Training and the Capitol Complex.
