AIC Robert Fisher
Robert L. Fisher is currently employed by the State of Oklahoma Office of Attorney General in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is currently assigned as the Agent in Charge of the Tobacco Enforcement Unit.
• Currently assigned to the United States Marshal Service Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Task Force Officer since September of 2019.
• Received a Distinguished Service Award on October 28, 2019.
• Prior to coming to the State of Oklahoma Office of Attorney General’s Office, AIC Fisher worked for the City of Bethany Police Department in Bethany, Oklahoma from September 20, 2006 to September 30, 2015, where he was assigned to the Patrol Division as a Field Training Officer/Officer in Charge (OIC). He also served in the Bethany Police Investigations Division as a Detective for approximately one (1) year.
• AIC Fisher was a Campus Police Officer for Langston University for approximately two (2) years (2004-2006), as well as he worked as a Reserve Police Officer during this time at two other law enforcement agencies (Arcadia Police Department-Reserve, City of Langston Police Department-Reserve).
• United States Army Veteran he has taken an active role and is very passionate in training police officers.
• He holds instructor certifications and actively teaches the in the following areas: CLEET Defensive Tactics and ROYCE G.R.A.C.I.E. COMBATIVES FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.
