Creating a New Page or Directory

Step 1:
Make sure you are on the "Site Manager" page. To create a new page, directory or link, select the arrow on the right of the ?New...? box at the top of the page. The arrow button will create a drop down menu where you can select 'Directory',  'Page' or 'Link'. Select one, then select the 'Go' button.

Step 2:
A set-up page will appear:

If you selected a New 'Directory', your set-up page will look like Image A.

If you selected a New 'Page', your set-up page will look like Image B.

There is one major difference in the two set-up pages:

  • At the bottom of the New 'Directory' set-up page, there is an option stating:

"Do you want to change the left navigation links?"

If you select 'Yes', then on that directory's page will be a new list of sub-directories (links) in the left navigation menu.

If you select 'No', then the directory?s (links) in the left navigation menu will remain the same on that directory's page as they are on its parent directory's page.

  • This option is not on the New 'Page' set-up page.

Please note: The "Do you want to change the left navigation links?" question does not apply if your Web site has applied the pop-out left navigation menu style. Just ignore the question.

If you selected a New 'Link', your set-up page will look like Image C.
