Ashley Kemp, Executive Director | |
Ashley Kemp currently serves as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, unanimously appointed to the position by the Commission in 2016 after her service as Deputy Director for the Commission. Kemp came to the Commission following her tenure as General Counsel to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. In 2016 and 2017, Kemp served on the Program Committee for the annual conferences for the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (“COGEL”). In 2017, Kemp was nominated and appointed to a four-year term on the Steering Committee for COGEL where she served as Secretary member of the Committee and co-chair of the Innovation & Modernization Committee, bylaws committee, and publications committee. Long dedicated to state service, Kemp also served as legal counsel to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Kemp earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. |

Stephanie N. McCord has served as the General Counsel for the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since November 2019. She also served as the Director of Compliance for the Commission from July 2015 to November 2019. Stephanie received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and continued her education at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor and served as the Articles Editor for the Law Review. |

Darci McKee is a Senior Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September 2015. She previously worked for an Oklahoma based Campaign Finance Reporting company, as Reporting Specialist for 7 ½ years. Prior to this, she has spent numerous years in the private sector in Human Resources and Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Merchandising and Business. | |

Denise Klein is a Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September of 2022. She previously held multiple roles in both the private sector and in government regulation. Most recently, she worked for the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners since 2007. Denise served as the board’s Associate Executive Director and Director of Compliance and Discipline from 2016 to 2022. She holds an Associated Degree in Nursing from Delgado Charity School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of New Orleans. |

Diana Diaz is a Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving the Commission since September of 2022. She began her state service in July of 2011 with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer, and later went on to serve as a Domestic Compliance Officer/ Probation Officer for the 2nd District Attorney’s Council in May of 2021. Diaz earned a Master of Science degree in Criminology from the Oklahoma City University in 2010 and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2009. |

Katie Stagner is an Executive Assistant at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since July 2023. She began her state service in April 2015 with the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission as a Taxpayer Services Representative and later went on to serve at the Oklahoma Tax Commission as a Revenue Compliance Officer. Most recently, she worked for the Oklahoma State Department of Health as an Enforcement Analyst. Prior to this, she spent 32 years in the private sector in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Office Manager. She attended the University of Oklahoma and completed her Associate of Arts Degree at Rose State College. |
