Chair, Commissioner Howard Johnson Email: Howard Johnson Phone: 405-521-3451 (Democrat, 4th Congressional District) Howard Johnson was appointed December 10, 2021, by Chief Justice Richard Darby of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Commissioner Johnson is alumna of the University of Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma Christian University, earning a BS degree in social sciences, an MEd degree in counseling, and a secondary principal’s certificate. Johnson has served on the Cameron University Foundation Board and the Great Plains Technology Center Board of Education. Previously, Johnson served as a school administrator, high school counselor, and middle school teacher. At the time of his retirement from Lawton Public Schools, Johnson was the executive director of adult and community education and served as a legislative liaison. Commissioner Johnson remains involved in the Lawton-Fort Sill community. Along with his wife Jo Jean, the Johnsons own and operate Sylvan Learning Center of Lawton. They have two adult children Jay Johnson, Duncan, and Dr. Jennifer Dennis, Lawton. His term expires July 2026. |

Vice Chair, Commissioner Jarred Brejcha Email: Jarred Brejcha Phone: 405-521-3451 (Independent, 1st Congressional District) Jarred Brejcha was appointed to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission by Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall in July 2019. Commissioner Brejcha worked for the Oklahoma State Senate under the direction of former Senate Pro-Tem Brian Bingman. He later joined the City of Tulsa as chief of staff to former Mayor Dewey Bartlett, overseeing the management of city administration and the mayoral office and also serving as proxy to the Indian Nations Council of Governments. After working in government, he is now a private sector director of sales at RL Hudson & Company, Jarred leads a team of sales managers with the goal of expanding domestic and international sales. Jarred has an MBA from Oklahoma State University and earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tulsa. Jarred and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 2007 and they are the parents of Jenna and Beau. His term expires in July 2024. |

A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Gregg Engle has worked on the management team of a three generation small business since 1999 and prior to his venture into the private sector he served as a Southern Baptist pastor. He graduated with a degree in Family Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University, where he met his wife Krystal. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of Imagine Durant, serves on the advisory board for First United Bank and is the owner of Bryan County Classics. He attends Victory Life Church, enjoys motorcycle trips with his wife, and loves being Poppa to his four grandkids. His term expires in July 2024. |

Commissioner Eddie Fields Email: Eddie Fields Phone: 405-521-3451 (Republican, 3rd Congressional District) Former Senator Eddie Fields was appointed by Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor in July 2022. Commissioner Fields served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives 2008-2010 and the Oklahoma State Senate from 2010-2018. During his time in the senate, Commissioner Fields served as the Agriculture and Rural Development Chair, Rules Chairman and Vice Chair of Appropriations Committee along with being Assistant Majority Floor Leader. Commissioner Fields is president of Fields Ranches Inc. along with his wife Chris and their three daughters located in Wynona, Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in Agri-Business. His term with the Commission expires July 2027. |

(Independent, 5th Congressional District) Justin Meek was appointed in July 2022 by Governor Kevin Stitt. Justin is a founder and partner at DeWitt, Paruolo, & Meek, PLLC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Justin represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation and his practice focuses on insurance law, attorney malpractice, personal injury, and contracts. He also represents clients in business transactions, trust and estate litigation, and contract disputes. Justin is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and serves as a board member of the Oklahoma City University School of Law Alumni Association. Justin and his wife Becky are parents to Allie and Gray. His term with the Commission expires July 2027.
