    Regulations

Wetlands are afforded protection under federal law. Prior to conducting activities in or near wetlands that will have an impact on wetlands, it is essential to fully understand the legality of those actions, and obtain any necessary permits. The links on the sidebar provide information on the regulations that pertain to wetlands.
