The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit regulates non-depository institutions. Before you submit a complaint, please review the type of licenses that fall under the agency’s jurisdiction as well as additional information available on the Consumer Resources page.

Instructions for submitting a complaint:
Website - Please click on the “Submit A Complaint” button below. Complete the form in its entirety and click on the “submit” button when done.
Email or US Post Mail – Please save and complete in its entirety the fillable Complaint Form found here. Submit the complaint and supporting documentation via E-Mail (okstate@okdocc.ok.gov) or the mailing address listed below.
