FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why did I get a letter concerning Cash Call Inc.?
You had one or more loans with Western Sky/Cash Call Inc. that was affected by an Agreed Order between Cash Call Inc., and The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. Western Sky sold the loan to Cash Call, who is responsible for collecting the debt you owed.
Why am I not eligible for a partial refund?
The amount of interest you paid on that loan did not go over the amount Cash Call was allowed to charge.
My letter says I may be eligible for a partial refund. When will I get my partial refund?
In order to serve everyone affected by this loan, we've set a deadline of MARCH 31, 2018. Once the deadline arrives, we will work very hard to calculate all eligible registrants' refunds. In the meantime, if you haven't already sent in your form, please do so as soon as possible. Remember, any forms submitted or received by this office after MARCH 31, 2018 cannot be considered.
I submitted my registration form, but my address/phone number/email address has changed. What do I do now?
Please resubmit a new registration form with your updated information.
Can you deposit the partial refund into my checking/savings account?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity of doing a direct deposit at this time.
