Any person victimized by an offender who has been sentenced to incarceration in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections is eligible to receive information and notification from the Parole Board regarding the offender’s parole status. A victim wishing to be notified of the parole process regarding offenders will need to contact the Board and register with the Victim Coordinator.
Victims must complete a notification request form (link coming soon) in order to receive offender information. Key things to remember:
IF YOU WISH TO BE NOTIFIED, THE BOARD WILL NEED A WRITTEN REQUEST from you. You may submit a Protest here. Your request should contain the following information:

Complete and send a Victim Notification Request Form to the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board, Attn: Victim Coordinator for input into the system.
