State Report
The “State Report” studies the big picture of Oklahoma education and allows stakeholders the opportunity to examine education in their part of the state or within their local community. It contains trend data of tables, graphs and maps to better understand the “big picture” of Oklahoma education.
District and School Report Card
Profiles District Report and Profiles School Report Card is divided into three major report categories:
- Community Characteristics
- District Educational Process
- Student Performance
School Performance Review
School performance reviews are conducted by outside consultants and work in concert with OEQA to develop findings, commendations and recommendations for individual school districts and are particularly helpful in containing costs, improving management strategies, and promoting better education for Oklahoma students. Areas of operation evaluated in a school performance review:
- Management, Personnel, and Communications
- Instructional Delivery
- Business Operations
- Facility Use and Management
- Support Services (technology, food services, and transportation)
School Performance Review Follow-Up and Professional Learning Opportunities
OEQA provides follow-up services in conjunction with a school performance review that includes two distinct follow-up programs. One includes a “data literacy toolkit” combined with professional learning opportunities for P-12 instructional leaders. Secondly, additional follow-up training sessions will be available with a focus in non-instructional areas such as management of business operations, facilities, child nutrition, technology, and transportation.
