DAC visitor and mask policy
The Oklahoma District Attorneys Council is back open to the public. Members of the public may come to our offices to speak with our staff, but we are still requiring visitors to wear a mask when entering our offices. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. Social distancing is still being enforced, as well, along with other recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Victim Impact Panel Certification Application
In the 2020 Oklahoma Legislative Session, HB 2877 set forth minimum requirements for Victim Impact Panels (VIP) and required the District Attorneys Council (DAC) to be the repository of certain information of statutorily compliant VIPs. A listing of all compliant VIPs will be provided to all District Court judges and District Attorneys’ Offices in Oklahoma.
