Oklahoma Crime Victim Compensation Rules and Regulations

Oklahoma 2-1-1 - Telephone information and referral.

Oklahoma Attorney General Victims Services Division - Provides information regarding the appellate process and statutory rights of crime victims in Oklahoma, and information on the address confidentiality program for domestic violence victims.

Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (OCADVSA) - Provides contact information for all domestic violence and sexual assault programs in the State of Oklahoma. 

Oklahoma Department of Corrections Offender Lookup (DOC) - Look-up past and present offenders in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. 

Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) - Information on how to apply for medical assistance through Medicaid. 

Criminal Case Lookup - Provides free access to court records in 77 Counties in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Legislature - Provides information on state laws and members of the Oklahoma Legislature. 

Oklahoma Secretary of State - and access to the agendas for all open meetings in the state.

Victims' Impact Panel - A non-profit program aimed at combating drunk driving.  The program offers a unique perspective to the drinking driver that is presented in a very personal way.  Through panel presentations, the audience experiences the impact of drunk driving through the eyes of a victim, a rescue professional, and a perpetrator.

All Treatment - Drug rehab center directory and substance abuse information resource.

Domestic Violence Recovery - Choosing the Best Inpatient Addiction and Domestic Violence or Sexual Abuse Recovery Center

Medicine Program - Assists public enroll in patient assistance programs for prescriptions medicine. 

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) - Assists drunk or drugged driving victims with legal, medical, and financial issues. Provides discussion forums.

National Association of Crime Victims Compensation Boards (NACVCB) - This is a link to all state crime victims compensation programs.

National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators (NAVAA) - This is a link to all state Victims Assistance (VOCA) programs. 

National Congress of American Indians - Resource Center for Implementing Tribal Provisions of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

National Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Association - Consultation and resources that help start CASA programs.

National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) - Promotes understanding, knowledge sharing, and action on elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. 

National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC) - Provides Get Help resources for crime victims and information on the impact of crime, victims' rights, and the criminal and civil justice processes. 

National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) - Links to numerous criminal justice system and victims services areas. 

National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH) - Provides links to 5000 local and nationwide shelters and service providers available for victims, friends and family. The Hotline operates 24 hours a day in over 150 languages with a TTY line available for the deaf.

National Organization of Victims Assistance (NOVA) - Provides information to all types of crime victims and links to services available for crime victims.

Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) - Free publications for crime victims and service providers. Helpful links to state programs and grant funding. 

Parents of Murdered Children (POMC) - Provides support and assistance to all survivors of homicide. 

SEX TRAFFICKING RESOURCES- For Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Tribal Coalitions

Victims' Assistance Legal Organization (VALOR) - Provides education and awareness about the rights and needs of crime victims. 

Victim Service Providers Message Boards - Resource tool for victim service providers and allied professionals to share ideas. 

Violence Against Women Office (VAWA National) - Resource for individuals who want to learn more about domestic violence and sexual assault issues.
