Psychological Technician Application with BCBA

Hiring a Psychological Technician with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (formerly known as QMRP)
Psychological Technician Applications with BCBA are reviewed and approved by a committee.  Once an application is received in the board office, the application is sent to a committee for approval. Upon approval, an email notification will be provided to the hiring psychologist.

The following items must be received in order for your application to be considered:

  • Psychological Technician Application with BCBA (Section A,B and C)
  • $150.00 Psychological Technician Application Fee
  • Official Transcripts
    *Please note - all universities provided under "Academic Background" will need to be requested. Official Transcripts are to be sent directly from the school. Copies will not be accepted.
  • Copy of BCBA Certificate
