Firefighter Safety Briefing for 03-06-2017

The month of March in Oklahoma is primetime for large and significant fire occurrence. Readily available-to-burn dormant fuels combining with critical fire weather results in many days of extreme fire danger. Today's critical fire weather conditions resulting from a cold front approaching western Oklahoma were identified as early as one week ago by fire weather forecasters.
