Description:
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) from potential Suppliers, with an office in Taiwan, to provide a contract for the purchase of contractor support for providing high quality business and export assistance to U.S. businesses, that can promote and attract Oklahoma as a destination for foreign investment, and has an extensive multi-industry network of Taiwanese companies and organizations they can utilize.
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is responsible for providing services in three international areas: export promotion, foreign direct investment, and promoting tourism and educational opportunities available in the state of Oklahoma. To meet these responsibilities, Oklahoma law allows the Department to establish offices outside of the State and to enter into contracts with qualified persons or firms to provide services from these offices.
