Executive Division Staff
 
TRENT BAGGETT, Executive Coordinator 
Trent Baggett serves as the chief executive officer for the agency.  He oversees all District Attorneys Council operations and serves as the point of contact between Oklahoma's 27 District Attorneys and state and federal government officials.
 
KATHRYN BREWER, Assistant Executive Coordinator
Kathryn Brewer serves as the assistant executive officer for the agency.  She oversees the operations of the District Attorneys Council and is the point of contact in the absence of the executive coordinator.  Her primary duties include general administration of the various training conferences conducted by the agency, responding to the Oklahoma Legislature when the agency may be of assistance, legal research and general administration of the agency.
 
ELIZABETH BASE, Resource Prosecutor
Elizabeth acts as a liaison between the DHS's Child Support Services (CSS) program and the District Attorneys that contract with DHS to provide child support services in their communities.  Additionally, she provides support to the civil and juvenile divisions in each district through special legal research assignments, training opportunities, and maintenance of the groups’ internal collaborative website.
 
JEFF SIFERS, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor
The ultimate objective of the Oklahoma Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) program is to improve traffic safety by reducing the incidence of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) arrests and DUI related highway fatalities.  As the TSRP, Jeff serves as a special statewide prosecutor whose primary focus is providing prosecutors with technical assistance, resource and specialized prosecution based DUI trainings to further enhance the ability of Oklahoma's prosecutors to effectively evaluate and prosecute DUI cases.
 
ANNIE DANIEL, Executive Assistant
Annie advises the Executive Coordinator on current issues, questions and problems regarding daily operations of the agency and district operations.  She responds to inquiries referred to the Executive Coordinator's office concerning problems or questions related to various programs administered by the agency.  Annie cooperates with and assists administrators and managers in the development and implementation of system-wide policies and procedures for services to customers, employees and the public.  She provides administrative support to and manages the schedule of the Executive Coordinator, while also providing Board support for the Council and other Boards.
