Office Hours & Additional Information OKDOCC offices are located in Lincoln Plaza Office Complex. Lincoln Plaza is located 2 miles North of the State Capitol complex on North Lincoln Blvd. Turn west on 46th Street and enter the upper parking lot on your left. Enter the building under the green awning and DOCC office is the third suite on the left. From Interstate 44 exit southbound at Exit 128A onto Lincoln Blvd.
