Description:
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of OSDE from potential vendors to provide a contract for the purchase of a MTSS Needs Assessment (also known as the Tiered Fidelity Inventory) which is defined as a structured interview and rating form that the proposed vendor must conduct with the Local Education Agency (LEA) to identify strengths and weaknesses across the 5 domains of MTSS. The vendor will partner in performing the Needs Assessment, share results with OSDE to assist in reporting data required for annual performance reports due on 5/31 & 10/31 and assist in crafting professional development to respond to the information obtained from the Needs Assessment.
