Description:
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of Oklahoma State Department of Health from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Medical Billing Consulting Services. The goal of this project is to optimize revenue and improve efficiency in medical billing operations. Key objectives include modernizing billing processes to align with new Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities, improving revenue cycle infrastructure and procedures, and establishing a clear organizational structure with defined roles and workflows. A step-by-step plan will be developed to implement the recommended changes and improvements, ensuring a smooth transition to best practices. The budget costs for this project must not exceed $100,000.00. A Contract resulting from this Solicitation may be designated for use as a Statewide Contract.1
