Description:
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of "Safe Sleep Kits" (a portable crib to be packaged minimally with one fitted sheet, one cotton sleep sack, one safe sleep book for babies, and safe sleep literature) that is in alignment with the most current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations for a Safe Infant Sleeping Environment. OSHD is seeking to purchase the maximum quantity of kits allowed with a project budget amount not to exceed $61,646.00 that must include all fees associated with but not limited to shipping charges. The kits will be directly drop shipped to Birthing Hospitals across the state of Oklahoma through quarterly shipments.
