The State is awarding this Contract to Supplier to customize and implement a specialized Broadband Subrecipient Selection Portal for the administration and oversight of the BEAD (Broadband
Equity Access and Deployment) Grant Program, as more particularly described in certain Contract Documents. Supplier submitted additional terms. This Contract memorializes the agreement of the parties with respect to negotiated terms of the Contract that is being awarded to Supplier.
