A mandatory pre-bid/site inspection conference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 on the OSSM campus located at 1141 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK. Failure to attend the conference will disqualify bidders from consideration for this Contract. Lynn Morgan will be the contact and guide for the walk-through. No questions will be answered at the site visit. Please see Attachment A which is the On-Site Inspection Form. Vendors are to bring that with them to the site visit so they can be signed by the Lynn Morgan (or a replacement should they become unavailable for any reason that day) and then they are to be submitted with your response.
