Multiunit Housing Decals

Multiunit Housing decals (each printed on both sides so that it can be seen from either side of a window) are available free of charge from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Center for the Advancement of Wellness.  You can also email your request to ONLYAIR@health.ok.gov.  Please include the number of decals you need (one per entrance) and your complete mailing address.
