Oklahoma laws regarding smoking in public places and indoor workplaces appear in Oklahoma Statutes in Title 21, 63 and 3A. Additional regulations regarding smoking or tobacco use in specific locations may fall under healthcare regulations, a Governor's executive order, or a voluntary policy passed by a business, school or other organization.
