Open Records Act
The purpose of the Oklahoma Open Records Act is “to ensure and facilitate the public’s right of access to and review of government records so they may efficiently and intelligently exercise their inherent political power.” 51 O.S. § 24A.2.
Individuals wishing to submit an Open Records Act request must fill out and mail or email in the form provided below. Please note that certain fees may apply.

NOTE: The Open Records Act Request form is intended to fulfill requests for information not otherwise covered by our Request for Claims File Information form.
Pursuant to 85A O.S. § 120, any requests for CLAIMS FILE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO WORK INJURIES should be made using the Request for Claims File Information form, which can be accessed via the link below:
