

Crosstown Beam Removal February 2012
Crews remove beams from a small area on the east end of the old I40 Crosstown bridge before the full deconstruction planned for Spring 2012. See the Video.
The steel beams come to Wagoner county.
In July of 2011, Wagoner County was contacted about the availability of the recycled 36" Cross Town steel beams. Wagoner County Engineer, Monty Proctor recommended that the county obtain as many of the beams as possible as it would reduce the county’s cost of steel by as much as 50%.

Deconstruction of Old I-40 Crosstown Highway
