Wagoner County Board of Adjustment

Purpose: The Board of Adjustment was established to hear appeals taken by any Wagoner County citizen aggrieved or affected by any decision of the County Inspecting Officer in administering the county zoning regulations, building, or setback regulations or to request a variance to a regulation.
