In accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Law, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 301 and following as amended, the Wagoner County Free Fair Board of Directors, a governmental subdivision and public body of the State of Oklahoma, files with the County Clerk of Wagoner County, Oklahoma a schedule of “Regular” meetings for each calendar year. The Wagoner County Free Fair Board of Directors may call “Special Meetings in addition to the “Regular” scheduled meetings. All meeting announcements/agendas are filed with the Wagoner County Clerk and announcements/agendas are posted in public view at the Wagoner County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building entrance 24 hrs prior to the meeting.
Unless otherwise posted, all “Regular” meetings of the Wagoner County Fair Board are held at 6:30 PM on the 3rd Thursday of each month in the Exhibit Building of the Wagoner County Fairground, 30058 E. 147th St. S. Coweta, OK 74429.
