New technicians and technicians who have submitted a PAPER RENEWAL should allow a minimum of TWO (2) WEEKS from date of receipt for their application to be processed and posted to the online system.

30 DAY GRACE PERIOD

All Registrants are given a 30 day grace period to renew their registration. If a registration has not been renewed by its expiration date, it will remain valid for an additional 30 days before being canceled

PRIMARY SOURCE VERIFICATION

The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy certifies that it maintains the information for the license verification function of this website, performs daily updates to the website and considers the website to be a secure, primary source for license verification.

WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF LICENSURE (OR LETTER OF GOOD STANDING)

There is a $10 fee for a certified verification of licensure from the Board. Website verification remains free.

Updates to registrant records such as expiration dates, address and name changes are updated on the Board's license verification page nightly after 7 pm. Please remember to allow at least two weeks for paper applications to be processed. Online renewals should allow 24 hrs for the new expiration date to appear.
