The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy will use this page to post information regarding Covid-19 as it is either received or published. Please check this page frequently as there may be new information posted as often as daily.
To ensure the safety and protection of the public, registrants, and OSBP staff, the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Office is currently closed to the public. Staff members are in the office conducting business, and able to assist you with any questions. OSBP staff is confident all of your questions can be addressed through phone or emailed requests. Documents can be hand-delivered to a drop box at the office, but because it is a "shared" box, documents should be in an envelope and clearly addressed to OSBP.
The Covid-19 Waiver Request can be found at the bottom of this page. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a response.
If you have questions regarding compliance, you may contact your Compliance Officer directly. If you are unsure of who your inspector is, please click HERE for the county map.
Contact information for office staff and inspectors can all be found under the Board Staff tab by clicking HERE.
On May 12, 2020 Governor Kevin Stitt enacted an Executive Order that removed all restrictions regarding prescriptions for Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine.
While an OSBP COVID-19 waiver is no longer necessary for Hydroxychloroquine/Chloroquine prescriptions, it is still available below for a request regarding Pharmacy Rules during the COVID-19 pandemic.
