FAQs

Q: How long does it take to receive my exam scores?
A: Scores are processed in a timely manner and notification will be mailed no later than 15 WORKING DAYS from your last exam. The Board WILL NOT RELEASE any exam information over the telephone. Inquiries may be made ONLY after the full 15 day waiting period has passed.
Q: I have a tax hold on my permit. What does that mean?
A: The Oklahoma Tax Commission places a "tax hold" on registrants who are not in compliance with state income tax laws. The Board cannot process any application submitted by a registrant that has a hold. Call 405-522-6800 to get your hold released.

Interesting Facts

State law requires that changes in mailing address or employment must be reported to the Board of Pharmacy within 10 days [see 535:10-5-4]. Reports must be submitted in writing by mail, e-mail or fax.
