Form C - P.E. and P.E., S.E. Initial Licensure Applicants (who have completed all requirements except the P.E. Examination for licensure)
Form D - Early taking of the Principles and Practice of Engineering (P.E.) Examination
If you have completed your qualifying degree requirement and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE Exam) you may take the P.E. Exam at any time you feel you have sufficient experience to pass the examination. Please complete, Application Form D if you are applying for the P.E. Exam prior to completing your experience requirement.

IMPORTANT: You must submit a P.E. application to this Board for approval prior to signing up for the P.E. examinations that are administered as CBT examinations through NCEES.

If you plan to provide engineering services through a firm you must download the Certificate of Authorization Application and submit it along with your P.E. application.
