To find the building or construction codes adopted by an Oklahoma municipality, select the appropriate link below. All municipalities are filed by the name of the municipality followed by the words "city of" or "town of".

Some municipalities may not adopt or enforce building or construction codes. In most cases, jurisdiction for enforcement of the state's minimum building codes goes to the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal. In the event a municipality does not adopt codes, that information has been noted next to the municipality.
