Agents Search for Possible Witnesses in Boise City Homicide

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is searching for two men who may have information about the homicide of an elderly man in Boise City, Oklahoma, June 12th. Charles Cecil Nieman, 77, of Alva, Oklahoma, was shot and killed by a Hispanic male in the parking lot of the Loaf ‘n Jug at approximately 1 p.m.

OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has produced two sketches of people in the area who could provide useful information to this crime. The first individual (sketch #1) is a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 5’ 10” tall, weighing 165 pounds with black, medium-length hair combed back. He was traveling in a black, 1998-2003 Chevy or GMC extended-cab pickup truck with large tires and aluminum wheels. The other man (sketch #2) is also Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, and stands between 5’ 6” and 5' 8" tall.

The OSBI has up to a $5,000 reward available for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Nieman’s homicide.
