OSBI Discovers Human Remains Believed to be Missing Females from 1992

More than a month ago, a Creek County Task Force investigator received a tip regarding the 21-year-old missing persons case involving Wendy Camp, her 6-year-old daughter Cynthia Britto, and Wendy’s sister-in-law Lisa Kregear. That tip led investigators and OSBI agents to a piece of property near Jennings. Investigators began digging at that site Monday, April 15th. By the next day, agents began uncovering the graves of three female victims. DNA will confirm the identities of the three victims, but clothing descriptions at the time of their disappearance and items of clothing found on the skeletal remains and inside the grave indicate the bodies are those of Camp, Britto, and Kregear. Agents ended the search of that area Friday, April 19th. Whereas the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death, OSBI is working this case as a triple homicide.

May 29, 1992, Wendy, Cynthia, and Lisa traveled to Shamrock, Oklahoma, to visit Wendy’s son she had with Chad Noe. The toddler lived with Chad in Shamrock. Beverly Noe, Chad’s mother, drove the three to and from Shamrock. Beverly Noe claims she dropped off the three at a Wal-Mart in Chandler. The victims were never seen or heard from again.

We believe several people are involved in this violent crime. In fact, agents expect to arrest at least one person soon. The passage of 21 years gave the tipster confidence to come forward to help solve the disappearance of the three victims. We hope this same passage of time and knowledge of the victims’ murders will encourage others to also come forward. And, the OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person involved in the murders of Camp, Britto, and Kregear. If anyone has information, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
