OSBI Investigates Tahlequah Homicide
Tahlequah Police called OSBI for assistance with a shooting Sunday afternoon (4/22) at the Northbrook Apartments located between Vinita Avenue and York Street. Jamaun Antwine, 29, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died of gunshot wounds. Investigators have no motive for this murder.
OSBI has obtained warrants for two people believed to be involved in this crime. Marcel Cain Junior (dob 8-1-83) is wanted on a first degree murder charge. A mug shot of Cain is available on the OSBI website at www.osbi.ok.gov. Cain is a black male, six feet tall and weighs 178 pounds.
Agents have a warrant for a second suspect, Seneca Tavares Gandy (dob 6-27-83), as an accessory to murder. He is also a black male who stands 5’7” tall and weighs 235 pounds. A mug shot is of Gandy is also available via the OSBI website. Both men are from the Tulsa area and are believed to have fled there.
Officials are also searching for a primer gray Chevrolet Monte Carlo with an Oklahoma license tag ICI-038. Gandy owns this vehicle.
