The Vita Survey System was developed to provide Oklahoma state agencies with a standardized process and a system to evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement. This system provides a holistic view of the employment life-cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, and current job satisfaction through employment separations. It provides a self-service framework for agencies to distribute surveys, collect data, and create reports. In addition, the system provides agencies with indicators of its overall performance in areas that are likely to lead to turnover. It can also support benchmarking at both statewide and cabinet levels as more agencies participate.
