How do I create a login?
Use the register button and fill in the form. You will go through several steps. If this is your first account with Ok.gov, you will receive an email confirmation, please follow the steps to ensure your email address exists.
How do I file a payroll claim?
Please submit paperwork regarding payroll claims to the Commission. The Commission will file the appeal online.
What do I do if I forget my login id?
Click the ''Forgot Login'' link and enter the email address you registered with the system. Your login id will be sent to your email promptly.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the ''Forgot Password'' link and enter your login id and email. The two (2) designated security questions you chose during registration will be asked. After submitting your answer you will be required to create a new password.
Will the system time you out if there is inactivity?
Yes, the system will time you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
I am not sure how to use the system and some of the functions.
Click the ''Training'' link on www.mpc.ok.gov and view the diferent topics available in the powerpoint presentations, tutorials, and Merit Minute videos.
I do not have the capibility to create a Portable Document Format (PDF) as required by the system regarding uploading files.
You can download and install a free program to create PDFs by following the directions at www.cutepdf.com.
How will I know if there are changes or updates on my petition?
The system automatically sends out an email everytime an update or change is made. All parties involved on the case will receive notifications.
Does everyone see the same information regardless what role they are?
Yes, everyone see the same information in the system on the cases you have access too. However, not everyone can make changes or updates to certain fields.
When can I use the Onling Filing System?
The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I file a petition?
After going through the intial registration process, click ''new filing'' and fill out the required information.
I do not have computer access or a representative to use the Online Filing System.
You can request to file conventionally by paper by contacting MPC at (405) 525-9144. All requests must be approved by the Executive Director.
Can I file a petition for a registered Petitioner?
Yes, after going through the registration process and logging in click ''Search Registered Users''. You must enter the petitioner's last name and date of birth. After submitting that information, you will be able to file for the petitioner by clicking ''New Filing'' and filling in the required information.
My petitioner does not have access to a computer.
You can register for your petitioner as a ''non-login'' account. You will be filing on behalf of your petitioner by filling in the required information. The petitioner does not have access to the system so you will be responsible providing information to him/her.
If I add or remove myself as a representative, do I still need to file a pleading?
Yes, an Entry of Appearance still must be filed if you add yourself to a case. If you remove yourself from a case a Motion to Withdraw must be filed.
How many Appellee Liaisons can an agency designate to use the system?
The Agency Appointing Authority can designate multiple Appellee Liaisons.
Am I required to use the system?
Yes, all agency personnel are required to use the system. You must register in order to obtain a login id and password to gain access. In addition, you must fill out and submit the System Access Designation (SAD) form by clicking the ''Forms'' link at www.mpc.ok.gov.
How many Appellee Representatives can be registered to use the system?
There is not a limit on how many Appellee Representatives an Appointing Authority can designate.
