Windy City Film Festival
Submissions are now open for the Windy City Film Festival, taking place in Chicago June 29 – July 1, 2017. Films of all lengths (short & feature) and all genres (animated, comedy, drama, sci-fi, fantasy, action, horror, documentary, foreign) are welcome to submit. Screenplays (both short & feature) of all genres are welcome to submit. Screenplays must be unproduced as of the date of the film festival (June 28, 2017). Films entered into Chicago Shorts category must have been at least partially shot in Chicago area, or have at least 1 key cast/crew member from Chicago.

Tulsa American Film Festival (TAFFest) is now accepting films in all lengths and genres for inclusion in the 2017 event October 11-17. TAFFest concentrates on American-made independent projects. Filmmakers at any level of experience are invited to submit. Short and feature films, screenplays and television episodes are to be considered.

The call for entries is now open for the 3rd edition of All Lights India International Film Festival (ALIIFF). The festival is a four-day showcase up to 250 multi-genre films from all over the world, taking place December 1-4, 2017.
The festival hosts gala events, screenings, award ceremonies and special presentations. ALIFF hosts a large number of participating filmmakers from our backyard and around the world and connects them with the audience through post-screening question and answer periods, mingling at our events and through panels and film talks open to the general public.
Preference will be given to submissions that have not been distributed/screened theatrically prior to the 2017 festival. All submissions are screened and evaluated by ALIIFF Preview and Selection Committees. Their reports and decisions are final and confidential.

In its inaugural year, the Norman Film Festival is now accepting entries for their event taking place September 23, 2017. Films will be voted on and awarded by both the audience and a jury of local film educators and critics.
