2019 BOARD MEETING DATES:
Beginning in January 2019, Board meetings will be held on Fridays.
7-HOUR USPAP UPDATE:
Each appraiser is required to take the 7-Hour USPAP update on a two-year cycle. In Oklahoma it is an odd-year, even-year, cycle. This requirement is unrelated to your three-year continuing education requirement, although you will receive continuing education credit for the USPAP update, and it will count towards your 42 hour total.
The current cycle is January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018 and relates to the 2018-2019 USPAP. Regardless of when you last took the 7-Hour USPAP Update, you must complete this course no later than December 31, 2018.
The schedule of currently offered, live, USPAP update courses can be found on the Course Announcements tab.
Attention Education Providers:
The policy regarding submission of applications for both continuing and qualifying education applications has been changed. The requirement for submissions is now seven business days prior to a scheduled board meeting or your application may be held over to the next board meeting. Board staff will always try to accommodate all submitted applications, but if they are received after seven business days prior to a scheduled board meeting, there is a risk that we will be unable to process your application until the following month. Please do not wait until the last minute.
Updated forms can be found under the Education Provider or Forms and Lists link.
