Late Fee - A late fee of $50.00 may be assessed to the provider per course offering if the course is not reported within ten (10) business days of course completion.
Late Fee Invoice - The provider can view the course participation roster via their SBS account using the information provided on the Late Fee Invoice.
The course participation report will be generated with a list of attendees in the following format:

Terms: All fees shall be deemed earned and not refundable.
1) Select EDUCATION – LATE REPORT FEE followed by the correct fee amount under the payment type.
2) Select the correct fee amount. Overpayments will be credited to the provider’s account for payment of future invoices.
