Lending Institutions may become participating lenders by completing the required documentation and submitting it to OHFA. Contact OHFA for documentation. Lender must be approved with US Bank HFA Division
The lender must meet the following criteria:
1. Must have an originating office in the State of Oklahoma
2. Must be licensed with the State of Oklahoma
3. Must be an approved FHA mortgage originator (if originating
FHA loans)
4. Must be an approved VA mortgage originator (if originating VA
loans)
5. Must be an approved USDA mortgage originator (if originating
USDA loans)
6. Lender must be in good standing as a seller/servicer with
Fannie Mae (FNMA) and/or Freddie Mac (FHLMC)
7. Must originate, process, underwrite, close and fund using the
lender's name and funds using their line of credit
8. Must provide Error Omissions Insurance Coverage
9. Must provide Fidelity Bond Coverage
10. Must execute Mortgage Origination agreement
