2019 Maximum Household Income Limits
Income limits for OHFA loans vary depending on the product, family size and location. OHFA Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance has been designed to help moderate income buyers to purchase homes all across the state. While these income limit charts are a useful guide, an OHFA lender can assist you in determining the loan product that is best for you.
Must be a first time home-buyer. Some exceptions apply.
Buyers may qualify for 3.5% down payment assistance
The first time home-buyer requirement is waived for the DREAM product.
Additionally, buyers may qualify for either 3.5% or 4% down payment assistance
