The purpose of the Oklahoma Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC). Also known as Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program is to expand the supply of new affordable rental units and rehabilitate existing rental housing for Qualifying Households by stimulating private investment.

For 2020, there are two Funding Periods for which Applications will be accepted. The deadline for Funding Period One occurred in January.
The submission deadline for Funding Period Two is 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2020.
The 4% Tax Credit Rate for the second funding period of 2020 is 3.12%.
