The Unified Plan outlines a four-year workforce development strategy for the State’s workforce development system which provides employment, education, training, and related services and supports to help jobseekers secure good jobs while providing businesses with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.
It includes strategies for career pathways, sector strategies, at-risk youth, etc., as well as strategies for aligning workforce development programs to support economic growth.
