11. Employment status and name of employer
12. Wage information
13. Business ownership information
14. Driver’s License/State issued ID
15. Alien Registration Number

II. How does the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission store the personally identifiable information or data it receives?
The OESC stores personally identifiable information or data on a mainframe computer network and servers that can be accessed by personal computers. The OESC maintains hardware and software to monitor and secure OESC’s infrastructure. Paper documents containing PII are stored in locked file cabinets or in locked and secured rooms.
III. With whom may the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission share the personally identifiable information or data it stores?
The OESC may share data it stores with the person or entity who filed the information or to an attorney representing that person or entity as approved by the OESC. The OESC may share data with any person or entity that is legislatively authorized to receive it pursuant to 40 O.S. §4-508(C) and OESC Rule 240:1-3-9
