Oklahoma City, OK 73105-3204
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is proposing improvements to a four-mile segment of US-69/75 beginning at Chickasaw Road (County Road NS 369) near Calera, Oklahoma, extending north to the US-70 Bypass near Durant, Oklahoma. See Location Map. In July 2016, the US-69 improvement project was selected as a candidate for the receipt of a Fostering Advancements in Shipping and Transportation for the Long-term Achievement of National Efficiencies (FASTLANE) grant.
The purpose of the project is to improve efficiency of high volume freight traffic, improve safety, and reduce delay for local Calera traffic. ODOT has tasked a consultant to study improvement alternatives while taking into consideration construction cost, right-of-way requirements, and environmental constraints.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Should you have any questions regarding the project, please contact:
Any additional meeting materials will be posted to the web by the end of business day on the day after the meeting is held.
