Dawn Sullivan, P.E.
Director of Capital Programs
Dawn Sullivan was named Director of Capital Programs in February 2016. She previously served as the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Environmental Programs Division Engineer since 2007..
Sullivan has been with ODOT since 1988 when she first came to work as a summer engineering student at the Sand Springs Residency. She moved to the Bridge Division as a student engineer and in 1991 joined the Engineer-in-Training Program.
After a stint as an EIT in Tulsa, she moved to the Planning Division in Oklahoma City from 1994 to 1999. Following a brief assignment as an Engineering Manager in Roadway Design, she was promoted to Assistant Planning Engineer in 2000 where she remained until becoming Division Engineer.
She holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has been a Professional Engineer since 1995.
Dawn and her husband, Kenny, have two boys and two girls. They live in Norman.
